I feel lucky to have such a calm, friendly and gentle hairdresser as Jade. She cuts my hair fabulously and is really attentive to my needs and sensitivity to certain products. She never tells me off for not coming frequently enough (going to the hairdresser isn’t my favourite thing!) and sends me out looking and feeling 100% better each time.

Grace cut and styled my hair for the first time this visit as usually Darren normally cuts and styles my hair but he was in holiday. Grace listened to me and offered her professional expert advice which was really appreciated. The end result was excellent and I have had lovely comments from friends. I would like to take this opportunity to highlight the friendly relaxed atmosphere in this salon.

It was the first time I had been to Gorgeous hair. It was recommended by a friend, and specifically Darren.
I have very fine hormonal hair which doesn’t grow uniformly.
Darren is the only hairdresser I have been to who actually listened to what I was saying and gave me solutions.

Had my hair cut by Darren. He listened carefully to my ideas and cut my hair into a beautiful and manageable style.

I suffer vestibular disorder (vertigo, light sensitivity, dizziness) and Amber was very supportive. Because my condition it's hard for me being in places where there are a lot of sensory stimulation.
Thank you so much for helping me with my needs and make this visit very positive. I had my hair cut beautifully plus I feel confident that I was able to cope with the sensory. It was a big step for my condition.

Gary was absolutely lovely and did an amazing job on my hair. I hadn't been to a salon in over 10 years and was very nervous but he made me feel really comfortable and took his time to talk me through the process.

I had a very positive experience, popped in without an app to have a fringe cut. I felt welcomed and everyone was friendly, Darren gave me the best fringe cut ever!!! I mean ever, I am soo happy and over the moon :) I cannot thank him enough, I had a terrible experience few days with a hairdresser and was skeptical when I walked in… anyway I am new Cheltenham but have already been making recommendations.
