Special Offers and Promotions ("Offer/s")
Any offer is independent of any other offer and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Offers apply to one person and one service per visit and are not accumulable.
Certain products and services are exempt from discounts and offers such as toners, treatments, Olaplex, keratin tamers, fashion winds, colour corrections, colour reductions, bridal hair and trials, and all surcharges and at-home services.
All offers are only available to clients aged 18 and over unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers must be physically presented at the time of payment and transactions cannot be altered once completed.
Offers may apply to certain services or members of staff only. We will attempt to publicise such information, but cannot be held responsible for any error in doing so.
To receive a promotional stamp related to any offer, you must have completed at least one paid salon service that includes a cut and blow dry and/or a technical service that conforms to these terms and conditions or the stated terms and conditions of that offer at the time of issue of aforementioned stamp.
Any lost or forgotten stamps or cards cannot be re-stamped, replaced, or reimbursed. It is your responsibility as a client to protect such card(s) and/or proof of service(s).
Any promotional or special offer card(s) offered have no cash value and are not reimbursable.
Any product offered in conjunction with any offer is offered solely at the salon's discretion and is non-negotiable. Most complimentary hair products will be of trial size and are given as an introduction to professional products. Any complimentary product offered has no redeemable cash value, and such products are not for resale.
E-Vouchers
E-vouchers are valid for 30 days from the time of receipt and are only valid for the recipient. This also applies to children who may have a parent's phone number associated to a previous booking.
E-vouchers are non-transferrable. All E-vouchers will be checked against the client's associated phone numbers and the date of the last visit.
E-vouchers must be presented on the original device they are sent to.
E-vouchers are specific and only redeemable on certain services. Service exclusions apply.
Long Hair
There will be an additional long hair charge for technical services that require extra products or additional time. This must be clarified by you with your stylist before commencement of your appointment to avoid confusion.
Wedding Hair
Bridal hair charges begin at the time the stylist(s) leave the salon until the time they return to the salon. Prices are per stylist.
General Information
The Gorgeous Hair management and team reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw any offer, promotion, or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and at their discretion. You should revisit this informational page or ask in-salon should you require more information.
Gorgeous Hair can only guarantee colours applied in the salon as a service if the client agrees to use professional colour retention shampoo and conditioner as part of their hairdressing maintenance routine at home.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer technical services to those under 16 years of age in accordance with National Health Foundation guidelines.
Although we make every effort to maintain safe surroundings please be aware that we are a working salon and there may be hair or other hazards on the floors whilst stylist are working.
Please check your change before leaving the salon as mistakes cannot be rectified after.
No responsibility can be held for items left on the premises.
