What a great find! I’m new to Cheltenham so it was a bit pot luck when choosing a salon. Jade was very welcoming. She showed great expertise when selecting the right colour mix for me and her general manner was excellent. Darren was very friendly and I really liked how he explained the ins and outs of the cut and style. I’m really happy with it - thank you! Really liked the little touches too - online magazines are a great idea. The online booking process is easy and pricing is clear so there are no surprises. A great experience and I will certainly be going back.

Honestly, the best salon I have been to in such a long time. From their genuine interest in achieving a good result for you, to the final finish. I presented them with a lockdown mess of hair! And my daughter's hair was such a technical colouring challenge! Yet they were totally positive, informative (explaining what can be achieved and how) and so competent. Thankyou Jade and Sian. Excellent job!!

My first visit to Gorgeous and I was very impressed! It was very clean which made me feel safer in today's climes, the social distancing was very proper and in place at all times by the staff and the atmosphere was uplifting. But what will bring me back is Ellie. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and I left feeling like I looked like a shiny new penny! Thank you Ellie!

Hi. Sian did a haircut for the young woman I look after yesterday. She enjoyed her visit and is already getting compliments on her new look. I really enjoyed my visit at Gorgeous. I got exactly what I wanted. Their hair salon is really nicely designed and they offer more than just a haircut. There is a positive and pleasant atmosphere, all staff members are extremely polite and helpful. I felt listened and understood by my stylist.

I came to the salon as my friend recommended it to me. I had Sammi who was absolutely lovely, she really took the time to find out what I wanted with my hair and also recommended what would be best as I have super thick hair! Because of my thick hair, no other salon have ever offered to style it for me after cutting and drying, but even though it meant she had to stay late Sammi happily did all of this for me and curled my hair after and I genuinely think it’s the best cut I’ve ever had. Everyone made it super comfortable from the minute I walked in. I am definitely glad that I have found Gorgeous hair and I look forward to future appointments. Thank you! X
