I was in a rush and I arrived late but Sian was excellent at responding to and dealing with both. I am very pleased with my haircut and appreciate that Sian efficiently yet speedily cut and blow dried my hair in record time so I could get to my next appointment. Furthermore, Sian managed to answer my questions about colouring and made the time to show me your available product options.
If you ever need someone to practice hair cutting or styling on, my daughter or myself can be on hand. I feel confident enough of the team and competence levels!

I always wanted to find best beauty salon here in Cheltenham since I moved here in the UK and accidentally I saw Gorgeous hair website and made an appointment online for the same day! I had a cut with Christine and nails with Marie. It was raining and miserable outside and when I got there I was a little bit sleepy because of weather but the team were all friendly and happy from reception right through to the lovely girl who provided the tea and biscuits. I would fully recommend it for enjoying your personal time for yourself with salon treatments. It made fresh my mood as well as appearance. Thank you. Maria

I am so pleased with the cut Darren has given my hair. It is the best haircut I've had for years and I am loving it. I was in need of a change from the salon I had been going to for years.
Darren seemed to know intuitively how to treat my thick troublesome hair even down to instructing the other hairdresser (sorry can't remember her name) on the type of shampoo/conditioner she should use (it felt like she was giving me a lovely head massage).
Darren's attention to detail and explanation on what he felt would help deal with the problems I had made me feel cared for as an individual rather than just another customer whose hair needs cutting.
So thank you Darren, I look forward to my next visit.

Had my first visit yesterday to the salon and Grace cut and finished my hair. She was excellent, she went through in detail what she thought I needed and I ended up with a haircut I was really happy with. She was lovely and friendly and made me feel at ease. I’ve tried lots of different salons in Cheltenham since moving here and this is by far my favourite!

Thank you for a wonderful experience yesterday. Your salon is a gorgeous little find in the heart of the Suffolks. As this was my first time to the salon I felt a little nervous. I felt safe in Sammi’s hands right from the start. She is an incredible hairdresser and I am over the moon with my cut and highlights. I thought the salon was nice and lively with a real buzz. My niece has recently started training there and she practiced a blow dry on me. She looked comfortable in her environment and I was well impressed by how informative, patient and attentive her trainers were. The end result looked lovely and very professional- well done Alice!

I hadn't visited another hairdressers in a long time as I was scared to go elsewhere but I was recommended Gorgeous by a friend of mine and I certainly made the right decision. Very much enjoyed having my hair styled. Interesting to see the professionalism of the various stylists who taught Alice the techniques. I was very pleased with the result, it was softly curled which is what I asked for. Alice's hairwashing was very soothing! Thank you very much for the experience.

Great service and an overall pleasant experience. Grace is lovely and took time to decide the best options for both colour and cut of my hair. I like the colour and nice shape cut at the back. If anything I would have liked a bit more shape round the sides as it’s a bit flat however for a first visit I was happy with the results!

I was a model for Jade, she did a fabulous job doing a T-section of highlights and a few lowlights.
Ellie then cut my hair before handing me back to Jade to blow dry it.
